How to Join
joining the wolverines
To participate in any Wolverines camp, open gym, or tryout, there are two quick steps to complete. Most families finish both in just a few minutes
- Register for a Volleyball Alberta membership
- Register for the specific St. Albert Wolverines Volleyball Club event
Club teams are selected through tryouts, which are held each fall.

- Each year, ALL Wolverines athletes are required to register with Volleyball Alberta as recreational athletes.
- Membership is approximately $20; this fee is above and beyond camp or club fees.
- If you already have an active membership, you’ll need to choose ‘dual membership’, adding your athlete’s name to our club portal.
- Go to Volleyball Alberta
- Select ‘Register to Your Club’
- Select ‘St Albert Wolverines Volleyball Club’
- Select ‘Youth Recreational Player – Indoor’ and click ‘Register/Renew’. You’ll be directed to Sportlomo, Volleyball Alberta’s registration portal. If you don’t already have an account for your family, you’ll need to create a new one. You can also add additional athletes to an existing family account.
- Complete the registration

- ALL athletes need to register for each event they’d like to attend, even if they’re already Wolverines
- One registration form per event
- All events open for registration will be listed on the form below.
- Once your registration is approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
- Complete the form below. If you’d like to express your interest in joining next season, select “Interested in joining next season”.
- E-transfer the event fee to treasurer@wolverinesvolleyballclub.com. Make sure to include the name of your athlete and the event name in the e-transfer memo!
