Volleyball Camps
no camps available
Camps typically run in the early spring and fall.
In the meantime: follow St. Albert Wolverines Volleyball Club on social media; bookmark our events calendar for camps, tryouts, open gyms, and tournaments; learn about our club volleyball teams
Who these camps are for
Our camps primarily support athletes who are early in their volleyball development.
Most participants:
- Are in grades 5–8
- Are newer to volleyball or still building fundamentals
- May have played on a school team or an early club team
We design camps to reinforce core skills and game understanding. Athletes with more advanced experience may benefit from future camp offerings as they become available.
What Athletes Learn
We teach volleyball fundamentals in a clear, structured way, focusing on:
- Skill development: Serving, passing, setting, and hitting.
- Teamwork & communication: Build trust and collaboration through team drills and games.
- Confidence building: Celebrate progress and encourage a growth mindset.
- Game play: Put skills into action with friendly matches and mini-tournaments.
Camps -> Club VOlleyball
Camps often provide an entry point into the competitive Wolverines program.
Some athletes join camps before exploring club volleyball. Others use camps to reinforce skills they already use in school or early club settings. Camp participation does not guarantee a club spot, but it helps families understand our coaching approach and expectations.
